The Bethel-Tate girls wrestling team traveled to Jackson High School on January 19 to compete in the Brown Brothers Girls Varsity Tournament, finishing 30th overall with a team score of 15 points. The tournament featured a competitive field of 38 teams from across the region.
Leading the Tigers was Raegin Jasontek (105 lbs), who picked up a solid first-round victory with a pin in 4:55 over her opponent from Alexander. Jasontek battled through the bracket and finished in 4th place.
Girls Wrestling will travel to Harrison High School on January 25th for the Shelly Ruberg Classic.
