Ms. Faubion presented a lesson to the students in Mrs. Dotson’s class on the ethical use of AI in the classroom. The students then used two different AI sites to gather information to create an InfoGraphic using Canva on the Sui, Tang, and Song Dynasties of China.
Those students who earned “Lunch reward”, from Mrs. Patrick’s homeroom, got to eat at McDonald’s.

This week in art: 6th graders finished up on their cardboard masks and started their colorful hearts, inspired by Jim Dine. And 7th graders are beginning their clay junk food project!

8th grade PLTW neuron building
Tiger fans are needed to support our 7th grade boys basketball team who will be battling for the SBAAC championship tomorrow night (2/7). Game time is 5:00 at BTMS. Entrance is across from the tennis courts behind the school. Cost: $5 (adults), $4 (students). No passes accepted.

Parker took 6th at the OAC District meet this past weekend. He will be headed to the state meet on March 16th in Youngstown, Ohio. What a huge accomplishment! Great job, Parker!!

8th graders in Career Exploration took notes on videos on their top three career clusters. They then wrote a response for each explaining why they are or are not interested in that career cluster.
